decent location, but some issues

slow elevator electric shock

the location was good for getting around to different places.

my stay wasnt great. the elevators were really slow, and sometimes gave me a little electric shock. the fire alarm also went off at 3 in the morning, and no one seemed to know what to do, so i didn't sleep well.

Excellent Location and Service

subway access clean room

I find this location to be amazing with close subway access. I also find many attractions are blocks away and the subway system is nearby. The staff appears nice. They were pleasant with my kids after they took candy. The room seems very clean, and the view appears cool from the high floors with views of big buildings.

The rooms at the hotel seems small. The water in the shower fluctuated fast between hot and cold. The blinds did not block all light from the digital signs during nighttime. The padding on the mattress felt thin to me.

Check-in was smooth. An employee showed attention and professionalism. The staff seems friendly and always willing to help. Housekeeping kept the room super clean daily, which I appreciated.

The rooms appear clean, and I have plenty of space for belongings. There is a laundry room for guest along with an exercise room. The room was quiet, so the sounds of the city are not noticed much.

The hotel provides a restaurant located on the main floor of the lobby. I find the prices to be appropriate and the food to be delicious. This appears to be a great option when seeking a meal.

convenient location and friendly service

clean room laundry room helpful staff

the rooms were clean and had plenty of space. they have a laundry room and an exercise room too. the location was perfect to walk to a broadway show. every evening i stopped to talk with maria and chris, they were always willing to ask how we were doing.

we were given a wrong room type, it was not the room type i had reserved. i reserved a king bed and a view, but the room we were given had a queen bed and a poor view. i had to go back down to the lobby to get our room changed to the room type i ordered. we then needed to move our stuff to the correct room, it was a hassle.
